Replacement Policy
At Urban Park, we gladly offer replacement within 5 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
To ensure security, we may request valid customer information during replacement processing. Urban Park reserves the right to update policies at any time.
For Online Orders
- Customer must check product (size, color, quantity, quality) in front of delivery agent.
- If any issue is found, return instantly to delivery agent (no charge).
- No complaint will be accepted after delivery agent leaves.
- Replacement/Return applicable only if issue is reported during delivery time.
- If not checked during delivery, return request must be made within 5 days.
- Outside Dhaka: Customer must return product via courier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted / promotional products
- Innerwear / personal items
- Used, damaged, or altered products

Refund Policy (Online Only)
- If we fail to deliver the product
- If wrong product is delivered
- If product is damaged or defective
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via bKash/Nagad/Rocket

- Damaged product
- Product lost in shipment
- Major quality defects
How to Replace an Item?
Inside Dhaka:
Customer can request replacement via delivery support or contact us for assistance.
Outside Dhaka:
Customer must send the product via courier to our address. After receiving, we will arrange replacement.
